West Seneca East swept Maryvale 3-0 in boys volleyball Thursday at Maryvale High School, winning 25-17, 25-15, 25-13.

West Seneca East took the opening set by eight points and doubled their lead with a 25-15 second-set win. A 25-13 victory in the third completed the sweep.

The win improved West Seneca East's overall record from 3-3 to 4-3 and brought their Division 2B record to 4-2. West Seneca East stood tied for fifth with Lake Shore in the division standings. Maryvale fell to 2-7 overall and 1-6 in the division, where they stood ninth.
