Lake Shore swept Maryvale 3-0 in an ECIC 3 girls volleyball match Thursday, Sept. 24, at Lake Shore Central High School.
Lake Shore opened with a 25-22 win and followed with a 25-14 second set, their largest margin of the match. They closed the sweep with another 25-22 result in the third set.
The victory moved Lake Shore to 2-5 overall and 2-3 in division play. Maryvale fell to 1-5 overall and 1-4 in ECIC 3. Lake Shore held fourth place in the division standings through Thursday's contest, one spot ahead of Maryvale.
