Iprep rallies past Riverside in four sets

Overview

Iprep defeated Riverside 3-1 on Tuesday at Riverside High School.
After Riverside took the first set 25-22, Iprep answered with wins of 25-23, 25-14 and 25-15.
Iprep improved to 2-1 overall, while Riverside moved to 1-6.

Iprep rallied from a one-set deficit to defeat Riverside 3-1 in boys volleyball Tuesday, Oct. 6, at Riverside High School.

Riverside opened with a 25-22 win before Iprep evened the match with a 25-23 victory in the second set. Iprep then won the third set 25-14 and closed the match with a 25-15 win in the fourth.

The victory improved Iprep to 2-1 overall. They stood at 1-1 in Division 2A, tied for seventh in the standings through Oct. 6. Riverside fell to 1-6 overall and stood at 0-2 in Division 2B, tied for 10th.
