Eden/North Collins opened with a 25-13 first-set victory, then won the second and third sets by identical 25-11 scores to complete the road sweep. The visitors held Iroquois to 13 points or fewer in each set.
The victory lifted Eden/North Collins from 4-2 to 5-2 overall and to 4-1 in Division 2B. Eden/North Collins ranked third in the division standings through the contest date. Iroquois dropped from 3-3 to 3-4 overall and to 2-3 in the division, where they stood seventh.
