Catt-Little Valley defeats Allegany-Limestone in four sets

• Catt-Little Valley defeated Allegany-Limestone 3-1 on Oct. 15.

Catt-Little Valley won the first two sets and closed the match in the fourth to defeat Allegany-Limestone 3-1 in girls volleyball on Oct. 15 at Cattaraugus Little Valley Central High School.

The hosts took the opening sets 25-19 and 25-14. Allegany-Limestone extended the match with a 25-19 third set before Catt-Little Valley answered with a 25-14 fourth set.

Catt-Little Valley improved to 12-3 overall and 8-3 in CCAA 2, placing second in the standings through the contest date. Allegany-Limestone fell to 7-7 overall and 6-5 in division play and was listed fourth.
